Most commonly ex library books are not so interesting for collectors, maybe because they are usually over used. Some of these books though have a history or there ex library has a history to narrate. We cannot say that this or that category of books or libraries have something to say.
But when you open a book and reading the library stamps you have an urge to search for more info, then that book can narrate a story.
